Description: As a seasoned leader in my school, I was asked to mentor new Professional Learning Community (PLC ) leaders. Mentoring teachers from multiple departments highlighted some of the greatest areas of need in creating functional teams. The original materials were roughly created as a reference for others. I was then asked to facilitate a school-based training and I created another formalized iteration of the materials.

Result: School leaders boasted about the functionality of our teams at district meetings with other schools. These schools asked to visit or record our PLC sessions, positively impacting communication and efficiency.
